iOTA “A small amount” made every vintage from our estate fruit; this is our original flagship pinot noir bottling. It is a blend of our best barrels, blocks and clones that represents Pelos Sandberg Vineyard as a whole.

Whole Cluster Pinot Noir

Whole Cluster Pinot Noir Highly limited red bottling produced from a blend of Pelos Sandberg Vineyard blocks.

Not One iOTA “A fraction” separated during barrel aging that stands firmly on its own, this is our entry level pinot noir. Fruit source is always 100% Pelos Sandberg Vineyard.

Chardonnay Our only white wine produced in limited quantities from the Petros South Block of Pelos Sandberg Vineyard.

Phyllis Rosé of Pinot Noir A rosé of pinot noir made from our Pelos Sandberg Vineyard estate. This is a Provençal-styled, all-season rosé.

Since 2000, we have purchased land, planted it (2002-2014), and made wine (2002-present). While we have followed many common practices, we have also applied site-specific knowledge to our process. This knowledge, along with vintage variations and the wine’s natural evolution in bottle, influences the final product in your glass.
