We will confirm (via email) receipt of your order and follow-up with an itemized invoice/receipt as well as shipping information. Depending on what state you ship to, a sales tax may apply, and it will be added to your itemized invoice/receipt. We highly recommend shipping to a business address or UPS/FedEx office for pick up, if you are not available to receive an order at your residential address within a 4-week period after placing it. (We would be happy to find an office nearby for you as needed, if that is the case. ) We may also have to delay shipment due to inclement weather conditions to ensure the best wine quality, especially if you place an order in the winter or summer. (Note: The best shipping windows for wine are in the spring and fall.) You must be 21 years of age to order and receive a shipment of wine. All wines are sold in Oregon and the title passes to the buyer in Oregon. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes iOTA Cellars to act on the buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverages. We make no representation relative to your right to import wine into your state.
