I’m a bit delayed with my ’14 harvest blog post. Having just lost my Buster last week on Nov 11th, I figured it was appropriate to share a few shots of his last harvest. We brought him home to our first house in Minnesota a month after 9/11 and he lived with us in Minnesota, California and Oregon. He was a well traveled pooch and a good friend. He will be missed. He oversaw Harvest 2014, our largest yet, which provided us with 28 tons of fruit from PSV, 23 tons processed for the iOTA label, yielding an average of 2.5 tons per acre. Picks started on 9/22 and ended on 9/28/14.
Lynne and crew,
We’ll miss Buster, too. He was our next door neighbor! Tears in our eyes over dogs who have gone before us, we also know that they were lucky, as we were, to have shared time together.
Thanks so much, Jeff. Well said.
