There were some beautiful sunsets on a couple of our busy days that needed to be remembered. Johanna and Don may not have even seen them. They were still laboring away at the winery while I drove home to help Yiayia and give her some company. We have to take time to reflect, if only for a few moments. Despite the rainy harvest, we managed to capture the essence of our Pelos Sandberg fruit. The wine will tell the story of the year. We look forward to its development in barrel. Sharing with you in the future ‘a taste of our land from afar’ is the best part.
